Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Luxe Research account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the products in their original luxury boxing and include the printed return form to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Affix Shipping Label
Apply the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our laboratory team verifies the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
